Phase I of the renewal of Mullins Library completely renovated Levels 3 and 4, which reopened on August 23, 2021.

Construction on Phase 2, during which Levels 2 and 1 were closed, began in spring 2023. While there is some construction still ongoing that is scheduled to be concluded by the end of 2025, the first and second floors are now open to the public.
