I need a computer with a webcam and a quiet place to take a Honorlock test.

See the link below from our University Information Technology Services (specifically the TIPS unit) for some good instructions for using the campus Honorlock service. It is recommended that you use a laptop from the Student Technology Center in the Arkansas Union if you need a computer with a webcam.
As for a quiet place to take the exam, the 3rd floor of Mullins Library is designated for quiet study; however, library spaces and study rooms are generally not approved for Honorlock tests due to glass walls and open spaces. If you need to conduct a room scan or be able to speak during your exam, please refrain from using library spaces and seek another location.
